Joicy Bridal Hair kindly asks that you read and agree to the following terms and conditions before sending your enquiry. Joicy encourages you to read the following User Terms carefully as it is a legal document and, upon paying your booking fee, you agree to be bound by these User Terms.

*It is the responsibility of the client who books to understand, agree and be responsible for all booking conditions, including all payments being made by the specified dates.

To secure your date all bookings are subject to a 50% non-refundable non-transferable booking fee. Your booking fee will be deducted from the overall balance of the invoice. The booking fee helps with the ongoing costs of running the business and should be seen as a commitment to you and your date, in the case of a larger booking enquiry becoming available.

Booking fees are non refundable under any circumstances. This includes, but not limited to, situations where the booking and/or wedding is cancelled due to personal relationship breakdown, financial, family situations and unforeseen circumstances including but not limited to: health pandemics, changes to regulations, health warnings, weather events, travel limitations, venue closures.

All payments are to be paid to the provided account and include your full name in the description.

Please follow the directions provided at your invoice.

Final payments are due 14 days before your big day.

Please provide your specific location. If you are staying at a hotel, please inform your room numer after checking in. If it`s a rural place, provide a map screenshot.

I will expect that your venue will have a free parking space available for me. If your venue does not have parking please organise pre-paid parking for me at a venue nearby and communicate this to me prior to the day to avoid delays and stress on your day.

On the wedding morning all hair styling should occur at one venue location, I am unable to relocate during the day.

An early start fee will be charged for starts before 8am Queenstown or 9am Wanaka.

In the very unlikely event that I am severely unwell or unable to work on your wedding day I will do my very best to provide you with a choice of available stylists within my network, however, a substitute is not guaranteed.

Images of my work is are an important part of my business for my portfolio and promotional purposes. Images taken by myself and professional photographers are used on my website and on social media platforms. Please let me know if you would not like to be photographed or for me to use your professional photographers work for my own marketing purposes.
